Happy Halloween

I know I am a little late on this but it's better late than never. Halloween this year was a lot of fun. Jason and I went to our play group party and played with all the kids his age. Our neighbor got a really cute picture of all the kids and put it on her blog. It is listed and Aaron and Stacy.

Later that day a friend brought over a cookie for Jason. He went to town on the thing and got black all over himself.

Friday our family went to the ward Trunk-or-Treat. They decided to hold it inside of the church this year because it was so cold outside. We just took all the kids from room to room to get their candy. Jason was so excited about all the candy he got.

Saturday we picked up a few pumpkins and carved them. It was so fun to see Jason's reaction to the insides of the pumpkin.

In this picture he is actually saying "yucky". He pulled so many funny faces.

I am so happy that Kenny was willing to scoop out the insides of all the pumpkins for me. I was not very willing to put my hand in there.

The pumpkin on the left is the one that I carved. It is a ghost in front of scary house. The middle pumpkin is the one that Jason picked out and Daddy helped him carve it. Kenny's pumpkin is the one on the right. It was pretty easy to do thanks to the kit that we got.

After we carved our pumpkins we took Jason out in the neighborhood to do some door to door Trick-or-Treating. There weren't very many people that had candy but he still had a lot of fun and wanted to knock on every door.

I loved that this year he actually was old enough to understand the concept of it!

After that we headed over to a friends house to play some Rock Band and have some "halloweenies". Jason and his friend Preston were playing so well together. They even started to rock out with us to some of the songs. I got this cute little video of them trying to play. Preston is singing in the mic and Jason is tapping out the beat to the song. I guess he wanted to play the drums like his Daddy.

He is such a cute little Yoda! I love that costume. Did he like the insides of the pumpkin after a bit? It is such a boy thing. All of your pumpkins turned out awesome. I can't wait to do those things with Alena.

Your pumpkins turned out so good! I love the pic of Jason with the black sprinkles all over his face. Hope you had a good Thanksgiving!
