Jason's Pacifiers

Kenny and I have always said that once these two pacifiers we either broken or lost that Jason would be done with them. Well, the other night Jason was playing with his blue binky and when he pulled it out of his mouth the top was still in there. I made him take it and throw both parts away. Well he threw in his green one with it so I was like ok, I guess we are done. I pulled the green one out and washed it while he wasn't looking just in case. Once bed time came he kept asking for it. So I ended up giving it to him. That night after he was asleep I was talking to Kenny on the phone, he was out of town this week, and decided that I should go buy more. If any of you have seen the green binky it wasn't it the greatest condition. We decided that we didn't want him to end up choking or breaking the green one. I also haven't been feeling the greatest and I didn't want to try to be up all night with him to get him off of it. I went to the store the next day and bought two more. (Two come in one pack.) In the meantime until we are either ready or the other two are lost we try to keep his time with his binky down to just nap time/bed time and some times in the car or when he doesn't feel good. He will be done with them by the time he is 2! I refuse to let him have it that long. I'm already sick of chasing these bouncy things around.

amen to that! JT loves his green/blue soothie binki's! He has sorta started breaking himself off of them though--he only gets one at bedtime, and when he doesdn't feel good! They about the bounciest little things though and he loves to play "throw" with them!!

LOL. They are bouncy aren't they? Try cutting the tips off when you are ready to have him kick the habit, it makes it go so much smoother.
