On October 12th we went to my 39 week check up with Dr B. While we were there he told us I was dilated to a 3 and 80% effaced. Dr B informed me that he would be leaving to out go out of town the following night and that if I wanted him to be there when I had the baby that I would need to be induced that day. We decided that we would go ahead with being induced. We got a call from the hospital telling us to come in at that afternoon. We are glad we went in when we did because she was so big and a week early.
I was in labor for 10 hours and pushed for 30 minutes. It took me a while to dilate to a 5 but once I got that far the delivery went really fast.
I am so glad that I had the worlds best dad with me to deliver our sweet baby. I couldn't have done it without his love and support.
Jason came later that day and got to see his sister for the first time.I feel very blessed to have the two beautiful children. I love the sweet spirit that they bring into my life. I couldn't imagine life without them.

Well that worked out just great with you getting induced! ha ha why not right? Ya I am glad you went early too! My middle name is Nicole and we thought about doing Alyssa Nicole! Sounds so much like Allison Nicole. Congrats Sarah!
