Firehouse Open House

Last month our local fire station had an open house. They had a bunch of fun little things that you could do and learn a few things about fire safety. A bunch of my friends and I took our kids. They had a blast. They got to eat popcorn and cotton candy, try on fireman gear, watch a fire be put out, spray the fire hose, look through an ambulance, look at a life flight helicopter, and learn about fire safety. This is Jason and his friend P watching the helicopter take off and fly away.

Jason was so excited to see the helicopter.

Jason spraying the fire hose. He was able to pull the lever to turn it on all by himself. You should have seen the grin he had from ear to ear.

Jason trying on some fireman boots.
